Franks is the CapKold Corporate Chef for Unified Brands.
Franks has over 28 years of experience in the foodservice industry
which has included working as an Executive Chef
with Fifty-Five Limited and as a Field Service Technician
with GCS, Inc. At Unified Brands, his daily focus is training
end-users on the benefits and operation of CapKold cook-chill
systems
while also developing culinary training programs for CapKold
products. Franks holds a certification through CFESA for gas, electric
and steam equipment maintenance as well as certifications
through EPA for refrigeration. Along with his certifications, Franks is a registered ServSafe Instructor and Proctor for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF). We
