CAPKOLD CORPORATE CHEF- Tim Franks

Tim Franks is the CapKold Corporate Chef for Unified Brands. Franks has over 28 years of experience in the foodservice industry which has included working as an Executive Chef with Fifty-Five Limited and as a Field Service Technician with GCS, Inc. At Unified Brands, his daily focus is training end-users on the benefits and operation of CapKold cook-chill systems while also developing culinary training programs for CapKold products. Franks holds a certification through CFESA for gas, electric and steam equipment maintenance as well as certifications through EPA for refrigeration. Along with his certifications, Franks is a registered ServSafe Instructor and Proctor for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
